What Boody is
Boody connects adults aged 21 and over for companionship — dinner, an event, a trip, a drink or simply a conversation. Every host is verified, every request is mutual, and the details of a meeting are agreed before anyone meets. Boody is not a dating app and does not allow sexual services in exchange for payment.
Why we built it
Meeting new people got harder. The alternatives feel either unsafe or purely transactional. Boody adds what's missing: identity verification, mutual consent, clear expectations and payments that stay on the platform so refunds and the safety review actually work.
Where we operate
Boody launches in the Netherlands — Groningen, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht first. The profiles you see today are demos using stock imagery while we build the first real community.
